Before the workshop our Oxford TRIZ experts work with the problem holder to understand the problem, and structure the session for maximum effectiveness. Afterwards you receive a Solutions Report which delivers succinct but thorough details of all conclusions, and the steps taken to reach them. In effect this gives you an Innovation Audit of all that happened in the session, so your teams can repeat the processes for themselves on future problems.
