Technical TRIZ with Problem Solving

This rigorous and mind changing workshop is a combination of 2-days of Oxford TRIZ learning plus 2-days working with TRIZ experts in a Problem Solving workshop. Developed over 25 years, this team workshop enables your team to:

• Learn Oxford TRIZ together in the minimum time
• Be guided and facilitated by our TRIZ experts to apply their new knowledge of Oxford TRIZ tools and processes to a problem specific to their team

The aim on completion of the workshop is to ensure everyone in the team can apply Oxford TRIZ skills to technical challenges in their organisation.

The many interactive exercises ensure that every Oxford TRIZ tool is practised in small teams on our carefully designed TRIZ process worksheets. This delivers a highly participative experience which is enjoyable and challenging.

Our clear materials, illustrated with unique cartoons, are designed to deepen understanding and to hone and improve practical skills.

All Team Workshop bookings have the option to purchase, at a discounted price, full access for their teams to our Oxford TRIZ Fundamentals eLearning course. This is 7 modules with 24 video learning lessons, to facilitate revision and extended learning in their own time and space.
