Elena has both a scientific and artistic mind, so a Liberal Arts and Sciences degree where she could explore many different subjects was perfect for her. She began her degree in 2014, majoring in Mathematics whilst also exploring History of Art, Ethics, Philosophy and more at the University of Birmingham - with a year abroad in Canada.
Elena graduated in 2018 and spent some time travelling in New Zealand and visiting friends in Australia before she began working as a Content Marketing Consultant. In 2019 she first met with the wonderful Oxford Creativity Team when working on their website relaunch.
Elena gradually became more and more involved in the website and design aspects of her job and in November 2020 she joined the Oxford Creativity Team on a permanent basis. She manages the content, communications and website updates and loves working with a team of people who are both creative and technical.
Since she began working with Oxford Creativity, Elena has gone through many life changes, including becoming an aunt, adopting cats, getting married and buying a flat in Oxford where she currently lives with her husband and cats. Throughout all of this she has kept up her maths skills and tutors math's students in the evenings!
