Show teams how they can locate elusive answers Book your free day – offer ends 30 September 2024
One unexpected by-product of ‘in-house’ Oxford TRIZ sessions is that it always delivers coherent & happy teams. These are critical to an organisation’s success, and harder to achieve since hybrid working became the norm after Covid. Busy teams can make a few days investment in fast problem solving when confident of success. In over 25 years, Oxford TRIZ has never failed to bring teams together to locate for themselves pragmatic, elusive and strong solutions. Nothing is more satisfying than this real achievement. Book one day of in-house Problem Solving and we offer an extra day free. This Special Offer of 'two days for price of one' ends on 30 September 2024.

How to Deal Efficiently with Anything - Even Annoying Partners & Colleagues!
TRIZ taught me that everyone is a contradiction – and made me seek all their good aspects as well as their more obvious annoying ones. When I found myself using TRIZ to logically and calmly react to an infuriating remark from my husband - I began thinking about other ways TRIZ helps me deal with annoyances rather than rage at them. For example I often meet people who don’t just dismiss all the great TRIZ potential, but confine themselves to familiar methods. Violently disagreeing does not win friends, influence people or change their minds - rather the reverse. Instead, I remind myself that this person has discovered for themselves the power of systematic thinking and they just need to be encouraged to try the ultimate step by step toolkit, TRIZ.
Read my article to find out how TRIZ can help you deal with your own annoyances.
