TRIZ gets everyone differently – some achieve wonders with the basics, while others want to become their organisation’s expert TRIZ facilitator and get everyone up to speed. We aim to efficiently help you boost your clear-thinking, problem-solving abilities whatever your level of TRIZ aspiration. Since 1998 most of our training has been in-house and face to face (f2f) but since the world changed with Covid our online training and problem-solving now predominates. It’s been exciting for us to teach individuals from all over the world, and every morning I count up emails from so many different countries. Extending our f2f Oxford TRIZ portfolio to online training courses for all levels, has been enjoyable and challenging.
Many of our Fundamental Problem Solving (FPS) alumni have asked “what is the next online stage beyond Level One Oxford TRIZ and TRIZ for IP and Patents?”. In response we have launched Advanced Innovative Problem Solving (AIPS) and now offer places on the January and April 2024 workshops. For those who would prefer to learn AIPS at Oxford’s Said Business School Egrove site, our next 3-day course is coming in 2024.

Our Knowledge Sharing workshops create a team celebration for someone retiring, changing roles or moving on. Always enjoyable and memorable it also provides an important record (as a function map) of work and tasks to be reassigned. Each one is individually tailored and designed for everyone to understand, record, celebrate and share the key person’s experience and expertise. It is particularly valuable to ensure that critical corporate knowledge is logged when a team member is leaving or retiring. This 4-hour workshop guides team members to succinctly learn from experienced colleagues, to map their unique knowledge, to record the important aspects of their essential tasks and helps everyone plan the next steps together.
